Why Preorder?

What is a preorder and why do we do it? We have a surprising amount of customers who email us after they placed a preorder wondering where their order is, and why it's taking so long. Preorder means that you're ordering in advance, before your item is even made. It can take 4 to 5 weeks for you to receive your preorder item. Here's a few reasons why we'll be doing more of it in 2025.

• You're guaranteed to get your size/color. Most of our items sell out quickly and sometimes we sell out of certain sizes or colors. We know it's disappointing when you want something and can't get it because it's sold out. Well, if you don't mind waiting you can order in advance and skip the FOMO. Also for certain sizes like XS, SMALL, 3XL, and 5XL it's best to preorder because we don't usually stock those sizes.

• Be the first to get it. Preorders always ship first before products are released on the website.

• It helps us make more accurate production runs. Usually we're just guessing how many pieces to order when we go into production. Sometimes we guess wrong and order less than we need for all our customers. When you order in advance it makes our life easier, and you can relax knowing that you'll get what you wanted. No setting alarms and taking your chances on release day.
