Refund policy

Cancelled orders are subject to a fee of 20% of the total purchase price including shipping and taxes. No cancellations are accepted after 7 days of ordering. No cancellations are accepted after an order has already shipped.

All returns must be in unused/unworn/brand new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The buyer must pay to return the item to us, and a refund or exchange will only be offered once the item is received back by us. If an exchange is requested, the buyer agrees to pay the cost of the new shipment.

Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full refund (less shipping) will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 7 days of delivery confirmation of the package.

Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return. 

If you received the wrong item or the item was defective or damaged, you won't incur any additional shipping fees but we will need your help getting the items returned to us. You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

PREORDER POLICY: Please no returns/exchanges, unless the product is a factory defect, or unless you received the wrong size/color item. Please email us first, before any any other actions are taken. Allow 4-8 weeks to deliver your preordered product, depending on where you live. Preorder = made to order just for you, which can take time to produce.
